Throughout the years, I've been switching icons by a whole lot.
It started out with me liking FNF (a rhythm game, but now I hate it) and becoming a stan of the game to the point I decided to switch my icon to the protagonist Boyfriend from said game (lost to time).
I then had the idea to switch to an icon that looks like a cyan zero with a lightning bolt going through it, and eventually refined it.
Then, after I founded my group, Matrix Interactive, I designed this icon to match the Oxford definition of "matrix":
"an environment or material in which something develops; a surrounding medium or structure."
So I did.
I designed it to become 4 L shapes in complementary directions, whereas the animation for the shapes to spin into place.
I also designed a 3D variant (tutorial here).
